Carotid Stenosis?: An isolated cold sensation only suggests low blood flow on one side. While ocular ischemic syndrome would have other signs and symptoms, a temperature difference between the two eyes can be evaluated first with a baseline complete eye examination and then non-invasive carotid doppler ultrasonography.
