After having multiple (at least 7)mmr vaccines, i still have negative rubella titer, am i at risk for measles as well? is seroconversion all or none?

Seroconversion: is not necessarily all or none. You should have titers of mumps and measles done as well; you may be immune to them. If you are still not immune to any of them, I would recommend seeing an immunologist to check your immune system.
