Hole: Assuming the sucking was severe enough to open a dormant pore in your male nipple, then time would eventually close the pore back up without being sucked again. If the pore is something else, then see the Doctor for an evaluation in the case it was a cystic like lesion with a nidus that opened up, and may need to be treated by the Doc. Good luck.
