Unclear: Without seeing the skin lesion, it is hard to say what it is. Sometimes, an itchy lesion can be caused by a fungus - in this case you could try a cream like lotrimin (clotrimazole). However, it could be a number of other things as well. If this does not resolve quickly, you need to get in and have it checked. There are some skin problems of the breast that can be very serious.
