Nope: There are no reported cases, and this is a pretty much impossible scenario. You can be sure you don't have HIV, assuming no other exposures more recently.

Confused? I had a Positive pcr RNA HIV test after 32 days of exposure VIRAL LOAD 1.06 *10^8 IU/ml .But HIV combo and elisa still Negative.. last Elisa I did 120 days after exposure I made 4 combo tests in different labs after 6& 12 &16 neg?
Elisa p24 antigen 1.56(s/co) positive, antibody negative@25 days after exposure. RNA PCR TND(Target not detected) @25days. Elisa p24 Ag 0.92(s/co) (gray zone)@27 days. Roche ECLIA Hiv Ag/Ab combo test negative @30 and 35 days. Am I infected or not?
