Well, get checked: With bleeding after sex, it is important to assure you have no infections or abnormal findings on your cervix or internal vaginal area. Since your PAP and last exam was over 6 months ago, best to get checked again with the new onset of post-coital bleeding. Best wishes.

RE exam...: You have inflammatory changes in vagina....may have ulcer or erosion, cancer. It may be hormone related dryness also.
