Cough: There is probably no correlation between vaccines and her cough. Check to make sure there is no fever, no breathing difficulty. Use humidifier and suction the nose if runny.

Vaccines: a cough is not a side effect from the vaccine so your child's cough may be from a virus. Monitor the cough and if it worsens get her examined.
