Muscle?: If this gets worse with movements and your rib cage is tender it sounds like your muscles might be inflamed and sore. Evaluate what you have done lately. If you have suffered an injury, lifted heavy objects or made a strong force this is most likely the problem. Ice the area three times day for 15 minutes. If not better or any oner symptoms you would need to see your doctor.
