Not likely...: Sneezing is normal in newborns - they sneeze merely to clear airborne particles or normal congestion out of the nasal pathways. This is unrelated to the bumps (which can't be diagnosed without being seen; however, at this acne baby acne is very common. Does she have a two week appointment with her pediatrician? They should be able to alleviate your concerns by confirming the cause of the rash.
