A member asked:

I am really thin could help me getting some muscles?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Increas food&exercis: Being thin is not a bad thing if you are well nourished and have no medical issues. But if you wish to increase muscle mass,it requires a lot of work. You could increase the amount of health food such as lean meat/fish,fruits and vegetable and of course exercise. Weight training (lifting weights) would be the best way of increasing muscle mass, but you should also include cardio exercise (running)
