Hormones: Rapidly changing hormones can alter your sleep cycles. Try turning down the environment temperature a little cooler, as this promotes secretion of natural melatonin, a sleep hormone. Your furnace may be running a bit hot because your pregnant. Also, chamomile tea before bed may help you sleep sounder. Avoid "sleep aids" as these may not be good for you or your baby.
