Is the diagnosis for follicular lymphoma in situ mean i actually have this cancer or could it possibly mean several different things?

Maybe lymphoma: another way to say this is transformation of the germinal centers which is a pre-lymphoma which can lead to follicular lymphoma which are an indolent low-grade tumors. I don't know any treatment or particular diet you can do to treat this at this stage you just have to wait and follow the lymph node size and be ready for another biopsy.
