Not typical, but ?: While the most classic symptom of coronary artery disease/obstruction (CAD) is chest pain which comes on with exertion, one can not be certain that a more gradual onset is NOT CAD. Worrisome chest pain would be sustained, at least more than 5 minutes, and likely wouldn't throb. BUT, this definitely needs checking: it may be vascular/related to aorta. See your doctor right away!
