Possibly: Any long term pain issue can trigger depression or spontaneous behavior in an attempt to get out of pain. Cluster headaches are difficult but not impossible to treat. You should see a headache specialist as well as a primary care doctor to discuss these things. Treatment is available both for chronic pain issues as well as for suicide prevention.

Pain: What I hear in this question is can pain result in suicide. I believe that pain of ANY kind, if severe enough and if it goes on long enough can push a person to suicidal ideation and possible action.
