Many possibilities: This could be plantar fasciitis, posterior tibial tendon dysfunction, nerve pathology, or good old arthritis! These are the more common problems that cause pain while standing. The best thing for you would be to have a foot specialist examine your feet and give you a proper diagnosis. In the meantime, supportive shoes. Also, try to find a good sturdy arch support to put in the shoes.
