Very Slight Chance: Saliva & the mouth are very protective so it is likely that you will be fine but don't leave it to chance! You should be tested ASAP and again at 6 months. Oral sex is lower risk and that is more with sores inside the mouth though if the lip sore was bleeding the odds do increase slightly.Still, you need to be careful. You might also wish to consider discussing with you doctor the use of PrEP
