Difficult to tell: Gastrointestinal symptoms like constipation or diarrhea, or sore nipples are not good predictors of pregnancy. Actually there are no really good symptoms signs that point to pregnancy. The only really good sign is when you don't have your period when it is due. The best course of action is to take a pregnancy test one week after the first day you miss your period to help determine if your preg.
