I have pain in the kidney region. i went to the doctor and he checked the urine. it was clean. does this mean there is no problem with the kidney?

No : You can have a normal urinalysis with kidney diseases there are problems like kidney cysts and stones and other diseases that don't always show an abnormal urinalysisnot all urinary tract infections show up on a simple your else's they can require more Vance testing or culture to show up
