Spray tanning OK: I'd much rather you do the spray tanning than to bake in the sun or do uv tanning booths. There's much less damage to the skin that way, and no increased risk for skin cancer.

Spray tan: Spray tanning is not bad for your skin. It is the best way to get color on your skin. However you must remember that spray tanned skin does not protect your skin from the damages of sun exposure. You must still use a sunscreen.

Bronzer : Spray tanning is considered safe and providing you are using sunscreen it is a much better alternative than tanning.
