Sinus issue: This could be because of stagnation or infection in one of your sinuses. You could try OTC decongestants or even a Nety bottle type irrigation. If you have pain or fever then check with your family doctor or an ENT doctor. The sinuses drain backwards down your throat and that might be why you note this at that point. Another possibility is GI reflux.
