Hi doctor yesterday while lifting weights my back is cracked feeling too much pain .. can u suggest any medicine ?

Aleve/ibuprofen for: the pain might be helpful. Rest, Ice pack 3 x a day for 20 minutes, and gentle stretching exercises, with Muscle relaxers would be helpful. Check with your PCP but importantly rest your back and avoid lifting weights or any other excessive activities, which can make it worse for you. If no improvement in 3-5 days then Get some Therapy with US would most likely be helpful. Good Luck.
