No: Not dropping BP........there might be a operator error or instrument error. The low heart rate may be the primary reason of lightheadedness( heart block )........Check sugar also.

A bit more info plz: At first glance I agree with my colleagues that the BP's don't appear to be very impressive. But what's really happening here are changes in heart rate as it appears the heart may be working overtime to keep the pressure up. Not normal...: Technically, to have positive orthostatic vital signs (possibly indicating inadequate fluid volume in blood vessels in absence of spinal cord injury), a drop of systolic BP by 20 or drop in diastolic by 10 or an increase in heart rate by 20 is considered POSITIVE if taken within 3 minutes of standing from a lying position. Your numbers indicate a problem (dehydration, anemia, etc.) if this is so.
