Im recently getting over a bad cold , which of course i blew my nose a lot . lastnight , randomly ; the right side of my top lip and nose r numb ?????

Sore nose and skin: I would suspect that it is raw and irritated, thus the skin sensation is abnormal and feels numb. If you are otherwise doing well, recovering from the cold, I would suggest waiting a few more days. If after 5-7 days the condition persists, then see a doctor.
