See a doctor: Your description could be something serious so go see a regular doctor for further evaluation. If you had a recent trauma, this could be the cause of the bruising and numbness. Numbness due to trauma improves over weeks and some can be permanent.

Black eye: That numbness is due to trauma to the sensory nerve under your eye. Nerves grow back at about 1 mm per day. So it can take months for the numbness to go away. In some instances it will not go away if the nerve is damaged severely.
