No: It's much smarter to wait until after the biopsy.

Wait: It's not a medical contraindication, but if a muscle biopsy is coming up, this is a challenging time in your life. This isn't the time to commit to a tattoo unless this is something you've wanted for at least several years and you already have advanced plans. The outcome of a muscle biopsy will affect your future life in a major way. Why not wait until things settle down? Good luck.

Wait for results: Although tattoos are generally low risk if performed by a qualified professional there are some risks of spreading bacteria through your bloodstream. Obviously there are reasons for getting your biopsy. I would wait for the results to get the all clear to proceed

No: Bad idea, especially if tattoo is anywhere near the same body part as the planned biopsy.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?: Prioritize, and get the muscle disease question off the table. You can always get a tattoo, but if it gets infected, your health evaluation is delayed. Your choice.
