Fatty liver: Fatty liver or NASH can be seen secondary to 2 common causes: 1) Alcohol 2) Fat (being overweight) It means that there is fat infiltrated into the liver cells (hepatocytes). It can lead to liver disease and cirrhosis over long period of time. You should have blood work to check if there is inflammation (abnormal liver tests). In either case I recommend either weight loss or alcohol abstinence.

It is Fatty Liver.: You are over weight and Excess Fat is stored in the Liver. Need to loose weight and There is not other cause for Abdominal Pain( e.g. Gallstone Etc) Or if you are drinking Alcohol, you should stop drinking.Because that also cause Fatty liver
