Pediatrician: Ask your Pediatrician for any suggestions. Usually chewing on something firm helps this process along. Also, often something cold for chewing can help decrease the pain. With the consent of your Pediatrician, drying the gums and placing on some BABY oragel ( fingertip or q-tip {not wooden} works well) may provide some temorary relief. Our children used to like the Zweiback crackers. Good luck.

Children's Tylenol (acetaminophen): Some teeth may be more sensitive than others when they erupt and sometimes, the larger molars cause more discomfort due to their larger surface area. Do not give children products containing aspirin and contact your pediatrician if concerned.
