Need more info: How long have you had this? What is the level of your pain? Does it move around, or is it always in the same place? What makes it better, and what makes it worse? Have you suffered any form of trauma that preceded your symptoms? With all tests normal, I suspect you may have Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD)--also known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Treat with hi-dose gabapentin.
