Several possible: causes -- musculoskeletal pain, pleurisy (inflammation in lung lining), pulmonary embolism (blood clot in lung), pneumonia (lung infection). Obviously can't diagnose anything without further history and exam. Lab work or imaging may be indicated. See an urgent care or go to your primary doctor. If worsens or you have trouble breathing go to ER.

Seems a pulled mus--: cle(s) from the excessive bending that you did. Till U are seen by someone, rest, apply some pain meds ointment, take oral pain meds (like Aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen, after ensuring you have had no allergy or side effects from their use), Ice or heat packs, or even both (alternating for 15 minutes each) 3 times a day, and stretching and strengthening exercises would be beneficial.
