Theres pain under the left side of my ribs n the upper quadrant its not rib pain its deeper & constant dull pain it hurts more when i bend 2that side or lay on it when i eat & when i breathe i get full fast my left shoulder hurts& when lifted.advice?

LUQ pain : May be related to gastritis, or could be pancreas or spleen or even from lung or colon or even ovary/uterus. Would get imaging Ultrasound/ CT of abdomen( sometimes you see stuff on U/S you dont see on CT) - make sure you are not pregnant first and Follow up w/ MD. if it were the right side I would say gallbladder as shoulder pain is not uncommon but it is on the right not left.
