Bed with Baby: Try drinking lots of water and go to bed with baby for a couple of days, nursing her each time she is hungry on both sides. Another tip is to try a " triple feed" in which you nurse on both sides, then go back to the first breast again. Remember only one third of a feeding is the milk "in the breast" the other 2/3 is made while you are nursing. Good luck!

Start pumping: You can try pumping your breast oftend to stimulate your breast to increase the milk supply. You have to be consistent with your effort....Good luck...Dr Jones Singer
