Yes/NO: we have patients on Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) 100mg / day. HOWEVER every case is different , it may not be safe for you to take 90mg of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)/day. your prescribing physician is the best to evaluate and advice on our situation good luck and feel better

The approved adult: dose is 70 mg. You need a complete physical with cardiac evaluation, as increased blood pressure & heart rate can occur even with approved doses. If cleared medically, then your primary care &/or cardiologist, your psychiatrist & you would work in concordance for your safety.
