Pinched nerve: I would wonder about a problem in your thoracic spine that is pinching the sensory nerve that goes to that area. If no rash in the area, doubt shingles As a cause. Recommend you see your doctor for evaluation. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck. Dr. R
