Can someone explain wolffs law? (fracture healing)

Form/function: Basically, wolff's law says that the more stress you place on a bone, the stronger/denser it will become; likewise, the less stress, the less dense/strong it will be. After a fracture heals, pt involves gentle range of motion and stress to strengthen the new bone, as well as ramping up activity level to do the same.
