Lactose intolerance: Cow's milk is comprised of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. And yes any one can have a intolerance to cow's milk products. Our most accurate way to find out is a challenge test. Stay away from all milk products for two weeks and then note the good and bad effects. Then give lots of milk products and watch if the symptoms come back. Then it is time to try an alternate like soy or rice milk
