My wife has seasonal allergy from spring and dust, please advise simple medicine.is there one injection yearly as i heared that can help releif?

Depends on symptom: If her symptoms are mostly nasal such as congestion or nasal drainage, nasal steroids are most helpful. If you are considering injection, long acting steroids can be helpful, such as kenalog, (triamcinolone) though it can have other side effects. If you have more generalized symptoms, an antihistamine is helpful.

Start with salt water washes twice daily and add an air purifier and humidifier to the bedroom. Keep pets off the bed and out of the bedroom.
