I have dust mite and cottonwood allergies. i use flonase for the stuffiness but, it only lasts a couple of hours. is there something else to try or can i supplement the flonase with another medicine?

Look your allergens: The best treatment of allergies is to avoid your allergen, dust mites are in pillows, mattress, box springs and carpets. Get encasings that are air-tight, wash your bedding in hot water and if you can change wall to wall carpeting. In the meantime you could increase the dose of Flonase to 2sprays twice a day and add Zyrtec or Allegra once a day. Best wishes.
