Wait & See: What are you taking the Metronidazole for, and for how long? It can cause darker coloured urine If symptoms of discharge persist see your doctor as you might need swabs for testing Symptoms usually settle after stopping treatment

Vaginal discharge: If you were prescribed metronidazole for a vaginal infection (trichomonas or bacterial vaginosis), you'rr probblly seeing discharge from that infection. Symptoms can persist and even get for a couple days after starting treatment, so wait a few days and see what happens. But if in doubt, contact the doctor/clinic treating you.
