Bacteria sensitivity: This may depend in part on how the sensitivity testing is done and whether it has levels suitable for UTI measured. Since cephalexin (Keflex) has higher concentrations in the urine than in the blood it may be quite effective for UTI despite the "intermediate" sensitivity. Good luck.
