GBM: Glioblastoma multiforme is rare, esp in a 30 year old. GBM accounts for about 15 percent of all brain tumors and primarily occurs in adults between the ages of 45 and 70. Between 2005 and 2009, the median age for death from cancer of the brain and other areas of the nervous system was age 64.
