Not likely related: Your WBC is borderline low but that might be normal for you. Checking every 4-6 months for a year would be reasonable. Fingers numb are another matter. Could be occupational related, you don't list your age, that matters too. Are you diabetic? Do you smoke? At times could be a vitamin B deficiency though that's rare. If it is getting worse or you have hand weakness also best to be checked.

Doubt related: It would help to know the normal range for leukocytes and neutrophils in your lab. A low white count with an increased lymphocyte count may be an indication of a viral illness. However, chronic numbness in your fingers is unlikely related. Consider carpal tunnel syndrome, B12 deficiency, or other conditions.
