Hot spot on thigh: May be nerve. Is there a bump? May be ganglion cyst. Do you have DM? May be neuropathy Also .could be cyst ,early abscess,nerve compression( weight pelvic mass) Rarely could be early zoster(shingles) but lesions should come out in 1 week, or MS(usually numbness). F/U with doc/ urgent care
