Age for u or child?: I think you are asking about the baby and i suggest 2 months to make sure immune system is good. Some can go sooner but i would consult your peditrician first.

Usually after 6 mos.: The jogging stroller companies usually have an age recommendation in their pamphlets/website. I recommend that babies have good head/neck control before entering the world of the running parent. This stability can occur earlier that 6 months so if the makers of the stroller set an earlier age, see how your baby is doing at that limit.
