I have little bumps on my legs, arms, and bottom and when i pop them white comes out i've had them my whole life and no one can tell me what they are.

Diff to tell/ Acne?: Honestly it sort sounds as innocent as acne (zits). When you pop them and the white stuff that comes out sounds like puss (or old neutraphils-white cells). If you want you could go to a dermatologist who would able to do a biopsy on them to determine what they exactly are.
