hi i have a skin disorder for 6 years i have small brown bumps on my arms, neck, chest, stomach, legs and bottom i really would like to know what they are?

Skin: Hard to say: It is very hard to give you any real medical advice for a problem that one has to look at to diagnose.
Given your age this is most likely benign moles or nevi. But, take the word of a local expert where you live over anything we can offer here.

See a Dermatologist: If you have already seen your family physician or primary care provider about this condition which has obviously been a concern for 6 years and you are still concerned, it would be a good idea to ask to see a dermatologist who will examin e these bumps and make a decision whether to do a skin biopsy. Most dermatologist should be able to make a diagnosis and treat chronic skin disorders.
