Multiple things: Try a couple of things. 1. Sleep Hygiene: Sleep the same time every night (eg 10pm) in a cool dark room. 2. Light Exercise up to 30 min everyday if allowed by OB. 3. Sleep on your left side as much as possible and not on back. You can use pillow between knees and under your stomach. 4. Don't eat large meals especially at night to prevent heartburns. 5. Don't force sleep, do something else (read).
