Probably not: Even though it's very very rare you can still get pregnant with an IUD in place. Fatigue, nausea and cramps are all common symptoms during menses. If you are still worried, take a home pregnancy test, if positive see your doctor right away as if you are pregnant there is a higher likelihood it is in the wrong place if you have an IUD.
