Night Terrors are : a sleep disorder that occurs during transition from deep non-REM sleep to lighter REM sleep. He'll have no memory of them. Trying to awaken him ^es his agitation & delays his going back to sleep. At a consistent bedtime, read, soothe, brush his teeth & put him to bed in his own room drowsy, but awake, to learn to self-calm to sleep. Avoid fatigue; he needs ~ 12 hours total sleep /day.
