At present 1 liver met - small , 1 node small and under 1cm sub pleural nodule ... all blood work normal . approx what can be survival duration ?

Can't tell: Where's the primary? Depending on what else is going on, death can occur in a few days (if there's a large lung cancer and it blocks an airway, causing pneumonia) to not-for-many-years if this is one of those lung cancers that responds to today's chemotherapy, or there's a new molecular-biology breakthrough.
