Unlikely, unless the: Indirect cause of the yeast overgrowth was antibiotics u might be taking. What symptoms r u having with your "upset stomach"? Nausea &/or vomiting? Heartburn? Gas? Treat those symptoms; if no improvement, see doc. As for yeast, many otc preps for treatment, but determining cause important: antibiotics? Douching? Diabetes? Tight underwear? If recurrent yeast problems, see doc for work-up.
